Webbah87 won Las Vegas E2 from 11th on the grid for Williams, gaining ten positions. Sirspinsal0t finished second from P5 and pole-sitter Rizla third.

The winner started six places behind the eventual runner-up and ten behind the championship leader. By the finish, Webbah led both.

The sixth row supplies the winner

A ten-place gain made this more than another change of winner. The result inverted the expected value of the grid positions visible on the podium.

Rizla still expanded the championship lead to 48 points over BBLDRiZZY6523. P3 limited the damage even while the pole conversion failed.

Recovery win, resilient leader

Those were the two useful readings of Vegas E2. Webbah owned the race's exceptional movement; Rizla retained the season's strongest points position.

Qatar would begin with Rizla in control and Webbah as the latest proof that a start outside the top ten need not prevent victory.
