Yas Marina combines long straights with slow exits and sweeping corners around the hotel section. Look for a car that rotates without a long pause, then lets you apply power cleanly before the next acceleration zone.
- Include the Turn 5 hairpin exit when comparing speed along the following straight.
- Check how the rear behaves as you release the brakes into the chicane after the first long straight.
- Compare the long Turn 9 arc and the final sector before choosing a sharper balance.
Qualifying adjustments
Use the low-fuel hairpin and final-sector exits to check whether extra rotation is helping or simply asking for more throttle correction.
