Setting up for this circuit
Mexico City joins a long main straight to a busy middle sector and a slow stadium section. Compare efficiency with enough corner support to follow the esses and enough traction to escape the stadium cleanly.
- Check the opening chicane’s braking and direction change together.
- Use the esses to compare sustained front response without adding steering to rescue the line.
- Include the stadium exit in the main-straight assessment; a poor launch can disguise the wing trade-off.
Qualifying adjustments
Judge a low-fuel aero change across the esses and stadium exit as well as the long straight, using the same deployment each time.
