Spa’s long acceleration sections favour efficiency, but the middle sector still needs a settled car through fast corners. Use both parts of the lap to choose how much support you can trade for less drag.

Check that the car stays predictable through Eau Rouge and Raidillon on your normal line.
Use Pouhon to assess sustained high-speed balance rather than relying on the Kemmel speed alone.
Keep La Source and the Bus Stop exits in the comparison: both start important acceleration sections.

Qualifying adjustments

Compare a lower-drag option over the whole lap and keep the same deployment plan; a better Kemmel speed does not settle the middle-sector trade-off.
