Barcelona-Catalunya mixes a long main straight with sustained cornering and a fast finish to the lap. Use the long Turn 3 and the final corners to check front support without losing confidence at the rear.
- Check whether the front holds its line through Turn 3 instead of adding steering as the corner develops.
- Compare rotation and traction at Turn 10 separately from the faster final section.
- Use the final-corner exit and the full main straight to judge the cost of extra wing.
Qualifying adjustments
A low-fuel front-wing comparison should include the sustained Turn 3 load and the fast final corner, as well as the speed at Turn 1.
