Crowned at Spa, Round 13, with 1 round remaining.

Cloud won the Spa D1 race from eighth on the grid, gaining seven positions for McLaren.

Pole-sitter Tratracer23 finished second for Aston Martin, with Raptorr climbing from P6 to third in the second McLaren.

Seven places defeat the pole-sitter

Cloud travelled the farthest of the podium finishers and converted that recovery into victory. Raptorr gained three; Tratracer lost one.

The win moves cloud to 252 championship points, 53 ahead of Tratracer on 199 after Round 13.

McLaren puts two cars around the challenger

Tratracer's second place limits the championship loss, but McLaren's first and third make the race result a broader team success around the nearest title rival.

Spa leaves D1 with the leader strengthened by the hardest recovery on the podium and the nearest challenger still 53 points away despite starting first.
