Websey won from pole and LimitlessDraco3 rose from P5 to P3 in Australia's D1 classification. Together the Red Bull drivers scored 61.6 points, the eighth-highest same-team driver-pair total in IMS history at the Season 4 opener.
That haul put Red Bull on 44 D1 constructors' points, 24 clear of Aston Martin. It also gave the historical claim its practical value: the top-ten pairing immediately translated into the first championship lead.
Eighth belongs in a crowded table
The list was led by Wadz51 and Darth Ussh's 75-point Ferrari E1 pairing from the Season 3 Mystery Race. Websey and LimitlessDraco3 sat behind seven entries and just 0.6 points above two pairings tied on 61.
That context is why the rank is worth showing rather than decorating the headline with an ordinal. Australia did not approach the 75-point peak, but it cleared a compact cluster near the lower edge of the top ten.
A team score built at both ends
Red Bull's wider BOTT score was 69.1, so the D1 pair supplied most of the team's Australian return. One driver delivered the win; the other made his first IMS podium. The combination, not either result in isolation, created the historical position.
Austria would decide whether that opening depth could travel. Australia had already established the benchmark: two Red Bull D1 finishers in the top three, 61.6 paired points and the constructors' lead.
