Jonno won Brazil's D1 race from P13, gaining 12 positions and finishing Season 4 first on 169 points. BULLDOGGER47 rose from P7 to second and FatCatBatMan465 from P4 to third.
Jonno had trailed Websey 112-127 after Spain, crossed ahead 133-127 in China and carried that six-point lead through Silverstone-R. Brazil replaced the narrow advantage with a 36-point final margin over Sammy278.
The finale begins thirteen places back
Every driver on the D1 podium improved from the grid, but Jonno's movement dwarfed the others: twelve places against BULLDOGGER47's five and FatCat's one. The official order fixes the recovery endpoints while the intervening lap sequence remains unspecified.
Jonno and FatCat also combined for 86.8 Mercedes points in D1, the highest driver-pair score in IMS history through Season 4 Round 12. The ranking table shows the leading five pair totals and places Brazil above the 79.8 the same duo had recorded at Imola.
A late lead becomes a large final gap
The progression line begins where the championship turned urgent. Jonno was 15 behind after Spain, six ahead after China, unchanged after Silverstone-R and then on 169 after Brazil. Websey remained on 127 across those closing snapshots.
Brazil joined the two stories cleanly. Jonno produced the finale's deepest winning recovery, and the points from that win completed a title sequence that had changed direction only three rounds earlier.
