Triske043 climbed from P20 to P2 in Texas E1, gaining 18 places to set a new IMS recovery record through Season 5 Round 4. Meowsy moved from P19 to P3 in D1, a 16-place recovery ranked third.
Neither recovery ended in victory. Tratracer23 won D1 from pole and MacoDelVolante won E1 from P2, so Texas distributed its winning and recovery headlines among four different drivers.
The back of the grid reaches the podium
Triske began last in the 20-car E1 order and finished behind only Maco. Meowsy began one place higher in D1 and finished behind Tratracer and Jonno. Together the two drivers gained 34 positions to claim four podium places' worth of ground.
The grid-to-finish bars reveal both the scale and the limit of the reconstruction. Eighteen and 16 places are fully auditable; the individual passes, retirements and tactical decisions that produced them are not retained.
First and third on the recovery list
