Rickk116 won Bahrain E2 from P2 and took the championship lead on 186 points, four ahead of Rizla. The lead changed one round after Rizla had moved first in Abu Dhabi.

HPJones finished second from P3 and pole-sitter MagMagnussen third. Rick gained one place, HP one and Mag lost two.

The winner crosses into the lead

Bahrain aligned race and championship first place. Rick's win supplied the points to overtake Rizla, while the previous leader finished outside the compact top-three classification.

The standings moved from Rizla 167 and gennaro1173 161 after Abu Dhabi to Rick 186 and Rizla 182 after Bahrain. The identity of both first and second changed within one round.

Four points travel to Spa

A four-point advantage was setup rather than security. Spa followed as Round 13, with E2 having changed leaders in consecutive snapshots and three recent names occupying the contest.

Rick owned Bahrain through the cleanest route available: P2 to P1 in the race, then second to first in the live championship order, with only four points of protection.
