Geo2002 won Spa E3 from P2, reaching a fifth IMS victory in the division and finishing Season 5 first on 244 points. The final advantage over Jan was 88.
HOTDOG757TSB climbed from P6 to a first podium in second, and Jan moved from P4 to third. Unlike the other Spa divisions, E3 gave the same driver both the race victory and the finished championship.
Second on the grid, first in both orders
Geo gained one place to win. Hotdog gained four to take second, while Jan gained one and completed the final championship runner-up position at the same time.
The season line was not wire-to-wire. Geo led after Bahrain, Nesbi after Monza through Texas, and geo again from Mexico. That Round 5 reversal became permanent.
An early lead lost and recovered
The progression shows the first two changes clearly: 34-33 after Bahrain, 63-57 for Nesbi after Monza, then 118-93 for geo after Mexico. The lead expanded through Spa until 244 stood 88 clear of Jan.
Spa supplied the cleanest finale convergence. Geo converted P2 into a fifth E3 win, added 30 points and ended the same classification first for both the day and the season.
