OGxFREED converted D3 pole into a first IMS victory at Silverstone. NesbiLeGrand held second from P2, while zoolander83 climbed from sixth to third.
Nesbi's runner-up result moved the championship leader to 167 points, 57 ahead of OnlineGuy99. The race had a new winner; the season still had a firmly established leader.
McLaren wins between two Ferraris
The podium's colour pattern mattered. OGxFREED split the Ferrari pair by winning, yet P2 and P3 kept Ferrari scoring heavily across both cars.
Ferrari reached 299 points in the D3 constructors' standings, 162 ahead of Williams. McLaren owned the Silverstone win without appearing in the recorded top two of the team table.
A breakthrough that interrupts, not overturns
That is not a lesser achievement. Beating the championship leader and converting pole gave OGxFREED a result of independent value, even while Nesbi protected the wider campaign.
Silverstone supplied the first win; Brazil would test whether it was an interruption or the start of a pattern. The championship cushion ensured Nesbi could watch that question from 57 points ahead.
