Geo2002 won Brazil's E3 race from sixth on the grid for Ferrari. Ceetee19 finished second from P4 for Alpine, with Alezoo third from P2 in the other Ferrari.
The victory lifted geo2002 to 173 championship points, 80 ahead of NesbiLeGrand. After seven rounds, the leading margin was approaching the chaser's entire 93-point total.
The deepest starter finishes highest
Geo gained five positions, more than the other two podium finishers combined. The grid-to-finish route matched the championship consequence: this was not maintenance, but expansion.
Ferrari also led the E3 constructors on 334 points, 185 ahead of VCARB. Geo's win and Alezoo's podium put two red cars inside the top three.
Four rounds, an 80-point target
The gap did not mathematically end the contest in Brazil, but it transformed the task facing every rival. Catching geo now required repeated reversals, not one poor result.
Las Vegas came next with geo2002 carrying the season's authority and Brazil's most substantial recovery. Five places gained had translated into 80 points of championship daylight.
