Techubi secured the Season 6 E1 drivers’ championship with second place in Abu Dhabi, completing the title with three rounds still to run. Starting fourth, the VCARB driver gained two positions to finish behind Cloud and ahead of demaiko.
The result took Techubi to 272 points, 128 ahead of piastrigoat on 144. A maximum of 106 remained across Bahrain, Spa and Brazil, so no rival could reach the new leader’s total even by collecting every available point.
How the championship was sealed
The decisive comparison was 272 against a ceiling of 250: piastrigoat’s existing 144 points plus the 106 still on offer. Techubi stood 22 points beyond that best-case rival total. The title was mathematical, not merely probable.
Cloud owned the Abu Dhabi victory from pole for McLaren, but Techubi owned the season consequence. The champion did not need to win the race; the two-place recovery was enough to remove the final uncertainty from E1.
The calendar continues; the contest does not
Three events remained, including a sprint round at Spa, but their combined scoring ceiling could no longer alter first place. They would now measure the eventual margin and offer everyone else a fight for the positions beneath the champion.
For Techubi, Abu Dhabi converted a dominant points position into the permanent line that matters: Season 6 E1 champion. The crown arrived from P4 to P2, which is less theatrical than a final-lap decider and considerably more conclusive than another large lead headline.
