Crowned at Abu Dhabi, Round 11, with 3 rounds remaining.

Techubi won the Bahrain E1 race from second on the grid to reach ten IMS victories. It was not the drive that won the championship: the VCARB driver had already made the title mathematically safe at Abu Dhabi in Round 11.

Bahrain instead supplied the champion’s first encore. Dom climbed from P6 to second for Ferrari and Karl Verghese advanced from P4 to third for Williams, but Techubi moved one place forward and extended the final separation at the top to 145 points.

The title was settled before win number ten

After Round 11, Techubi held 272 points to piastrigoat’s 144: a 128-point advantage with a maximum of 106 still available across the final three rounds. The arithmetic had run out before the calendar did, making Techubi the Season 6 E1 champion in Abu Dhabi.

That distinction changes the meaning of Bahrain. The pass from P2 to P1 did not create a title-winning margin; it showed what the newly crowned champion did with the pressure removed, while completing a ten-win IMS record in the process.

Every podium place was gained

Techubi passed the pole-sitter, Dom gained four positions and Karl gained one. The podium therefore contained no passenger: all three drivers finished higher than they started, with the champion taking the only step needed to reach first.

Techubi left Bahrain on 302 points, 145 ahead of piastrigoat on 157. The number described the scale of the season; the championship itself had already been decided. Win number ten gave the crown a suitably emphatic follow-up without pretending to award it twice.
