Gennaro1173 converted E2 pole into victory in Texas, with Alpine team-mate Rickk116 climbing from third to complete a one-two.

GRL Atom77 gained two positions from P5 to take third for Mercedes, but neither rival split the two Alpines at the front.

Pole converted, support delivered

The win required no grid recovery from gennaro1173; the team result did. Rickk116's move from the second row turned a victory into control of both leading positions.

Gennaro1173 leaves Round 2 on 51 points, 21 ahead of HackoDK on 30. Only jak75421's 23-point D3 advantage is larger among the six tables after Texas.

The first podium arrives behind the lockout

Atom77's third place was a first IMS podium, earned with a P5-to-P3 recovery. It adds a breakthrough story to a race whose competitive headline otherwise belongs entirely to Alpine.

Texas leaves E2 with a clear early structure: Alpine owns the first two race positions, and its winner owns enough points to place 21 between first and second in the championship.
