Piastrigoat won Jeddah D1 from pole and retook the drivers' championship lead on 144 points, seven ahead of TheMekanic17. Rochamoya finished second and Wadz51 third.
The Ferrari driver had led 105-93 after Portugal, then trailed 113-124 after Texas. A 31-point Jeddah victory against TheMekanic's 13-point round turned the 11-point deficit into a seven-point advantage.
Thirty-six points of movement in two rounds
The gap moved 23 points toward TheMekanic in Texas and 18 back toward piastrigoat in Jeddah. Across two rounds, the championship lead changed hands twice without either driver gaining lasting comfort.
Wadz51's third place also helped Ferrari retake the D1 constructors' lead. The team reached 258 points, 22 ahead of Red Bull on 236 after entering the round 11 behind.
Ferrari places two cars on the podium
Piastrigoat and Wadz51 bracketed Rochamoya on the podium, converting first and second on the grid into first and third. The two Ferrari finishes supplied 51 D1 points.
Baku followed with seven points separating the protagonists. Jeddah had not settled the argument; it had made piastrigoat the leader again and placed the burden of response back on TheMekanic.
