Animeboii2320 won Jeddah D3 from second on the grid to claim a first IMS victory for Kick Sauber. Duxnuts69 finished second from third and NesbiLeGrand completed the podium from eighth.
The one-place gain delivered 31 points. It also provided every Kick Sauber countback highlight in Jeddah: the team's only win, podium and top-five finish came from Animeboii.
Thirty-one of 49 team points
Kick Sauber scored 49 BOTT points from six starts, with Animeboii contributing 31. The winner therefore accounted for almost two-thirds of the team total.
Ferrari led the full round on 182 points, McLaren scored 114 and VCARB 113. Kick Sauber's result sat outside that depth contest, but it carried the one outcome none of those supporting totals can imitate: a new winner.
Her Wet Cat retains the D3 lead
Her Wet Cat remained first in the D3 standings on 154 points, 17 ahead of third-place NesbiLeGrand on 137. Animeboii's win changed the round without replacing either name in the supplied championship top two.
Baku followed with Animeboii added to Season 2's winner list and Kick Sauber carrying a sharply concentrated Jeddah return. Six starts had produced 49 points; one of them had done nearly all the decorating.
