That margin began from a very different picture. Her Wet Cat and RobbySimps44 had been level on 76 after Hungary; across the next five rounds, the leader's cumulative total moved 105, 136, 154, 192 and 222.
P2 becomes win number five
From P2, Her Wet Cat gained one place to win for Ferrari. NesbiLeGrand climbed from P6 to second for Aston Martin, while pole-sitter GT Elitee finished third for Red Bull. Brazil's podium therefore expanded the championship lead even as the nearest rival made the larger grid gain.
The fifth victory is a milestone, but its position in the season matters more than the count alone. Imola had supplied a 29.662-second win; Hungary erased the advantage entirely; Brazil arrived after the response to that tie had become sustained scoring.
The gap pauses once, then accelerates
The lead over second was 12 after Portugal, 19 after Texas and 17 after Jeddah. It then jumped to 55 at Baku and 61 in Brazil. The two-point contraction at Jeddah was the only interruption in the post-Hungary separation.
Brazil did not create the breakaway in a single afternoon; it made the accumulated change impossible to miss. P2 became P1, five wins became the verified career total, and a championship that had been level five rounds earlier now showed daylight worth 61 points.
