Williams finished third in Baku's BOTT round with 71.7 points, no wins and four podiums from ten starts. Only Ferrari on 112 and VCARB on 94.4 scored more.
Opts Tryhard and JGelinas11 took second and third in D2, JDJT3593 finished third in D3 and Charlotte did likewise in E1. The four podiums arrived across three classifications.
Depth compensates for the missing win
Ferrari's three victories made the round lead straightforward. Williams' route to third required a different calculation: repeated high finishes, including a D2 double podium, without a single P1.
That distribution separated Williams from Red Bull by 1.2 points and McLaren by 4.6. The absence of a winner did not prevent it from taking the last place in the round's leading trio.
The season table remains less flattering
Ferrari, VCARB and McLaren occupied the cumulative BOTT top three after Baku. Williams' weekend therefore worked as proof of round-level strength, not a claim that the full-season order had been overturned.
Imola came next with a clear Williams target: reproduce the breadth and find the missing top step. Baku had shown exactly how far four podiums could carry a team on their own.
