OnlineGuy99 converted pole into a first IMS victory for Williams in Texas, ending a 39-start wait at the beginning of Season 7.
Kelloggsrule gained three places to finish second for Red Bull and Carlos Velez moved from P6 to third for Alpine.
Thirty-nine starts make the pole feel heavier
OnlineGuy99 had raced for Haas, Williams, Aston Martin and Alpine across D2, E2, D3 and E3. The first 39 starts brought six podiums, 353 points and one pole, but the victory column remained blank.
The career had opened with Haas at Monaco in Season 2 and later passed through Williams, Aston Martin and Alpine. Forty starts across five seasons and four divisions had now produced one win, seven podiums, one pole, two fastest laps and 385 points.
Texas turns endurance into release
Texas did not launch the career so much as vindicate it. A substantial history of team changes, division changes and near-misses finally gained the one result capable of reframing all 39 starts before it.
Some first wins launch a career. This one vindicated a career already lived: five seasons of changing teams, divisions and near-misses compressed into the simple relief of P1.
