Ferrari scored 198 points in Mexico, the third-highest team-round total in IMS history through Season 3 Round 5. Two victories and six podiums built the score.
VCARB finished second for the weekend on 148 points and Red Bull third on 109. Ferrari’s advantage over its nearest round rival was 50 points.
Only 207 and 204 sit above
Ferrari’s 207-point Baku round from Season 2 leads the comparison, followed by VCARB’s 204 at Brazil. Mexico’s 198 occupies third, ahead of two 194-point rounds shared by Ferrari and McLaren.
The six podiums distinguish Mexico even within that company. The two higher scores each recorded fewer podiums, showing how Ferrari’s total leaned on depth across the five divisions.
Two wins start the total; six podiums finish it
Eetthedust won D3 and JPlanteX won E2 for Ferrari. The team also placed two cars on the E1 podium and added points across the remaining divisions, turning breadth into the round’s defining advantage.
Mexico did not break the all-time score record. It did something more precisely stated: third overall, 198 points, two wins, six podiums and 50 points clear of the weekend field.
