TheIceman729 and Darth Ussh combined for 61 points in Portugal E1, the second-highest driver-pair score in IMS history through Season 2 Round 5. TheIceman won from pole and Ussh finished third from second.
Their total sat three points below the 64 they had scored together in Canada. Portugal therefore repeated the same Ferrari pairing near the top of the table without displacing its earlier benchmark.
One pairing owns the leading two totals
The historical five began with Ussh and TheIceman on 64 in Canada, then the same two in reverse order on 61 in Portugal. Piastrigoat and Wadz51 ranked third on 56, ForestalWaif1 and ttvwuwumx fourth on 53, and Ussh with Her Wet Cat fifth on 51.
The top two rows came from different podium shapes. Canada had produced a Ferrari one-two; Portugal paired victory with third after Arsenalboyz101 placed his Red Bull between them.
Ferrari adds nine points to its E1 margin
Ferrari left Portugal on 225 E1 constructors' points, 32 ahead of Red Bull on 193. The previous gap had been 27, so the 61-point pair strengthened the team position even as Ussh's internal drivers' advantage narrowed.
Texas followed with Ferrari holding both of the leading pair-score rows. The record remained 64; Portugal's achievement was proving that the first total had not been an isolated combination.
