Jazzy-draught9 won both D3 and E3 in Qatar, but the two championship crowns belonged elsewhere. NesbiLeGrand secured D3 with second place from P5, while geo2002 made the E3 title mathematical with two rounds remaining.
Nesbi reached 251 points, 91 ahead of zoolander83. Geo held 206, 85 ahead of L3on Tyl3r2500. A maximum of 74 remained, leaving both leaders beyond reach before Abu Dhabi and Spa.
One driver wins both races
Jazzy started second in each division and finished first in each. Nesbi followed home in D3; E3 placed croissantdan second from pole and Jan third from P6.
The double victory supplied Qatar’s immediate star. The tables supplied its permanent consequences: Nesbi stood 17 points beyond the D3 rival ceiling and Geo 11 beyond the E3 ceiling.
Two calendars become victory laps
Neither champion needed Qatar’s headline win to settle the title. Nesbi’s runner-up finish was enough, while Geo’s accumulated advantage survived a round won by somebody else.
That split is precisely why the weekend merits more than a winners list. Jazzy took two chequered flags; Nesbi and Geo took the two lines that remain in the record book.
