Williams scored 169 BOTT points in Austria from two wins, five podiums and seven top-five finishes. The total put the team 54 ahead of VCARB after the Season 6 opener.
Jonno converted D1 pole and jak75421 won D3. Williams' other podium points included pwjones climbing from P12 to second in E1, adding depth beyond the two winners.
Pole anchors one side of the score
The D1 podium held its grid order: Jonno, Karl Verghese and piastrigoat finished first, second and third from those same positions. Williams' opening victory there was a pole conversion rather than a recovery.
E1 supplied the opposite visual. Techubi won from pole for VCARB, but pwjones gained ten places to finish second for Williams. One team total could therefore contain control at the front of D1 and deep-grid movement elsewhere.
Seven top fives make the difference
VCARB scored 115 and Aston Martin 102. Williams' 169 was not simply the value of two victories; five podiums and seven top-five finishes meant more than half the team's 12 starts returned a leading result.
Austria gave Season 6 its first team reference point. Williams combined two winners with three additional podium places and left the opener holding 169 points against VCARB's 115.
