TheMekanic17 converted pole into the D1 victory in Texas and scored 31 points. piastrigoat added eight, a 23-point swing on the day that moved TheMekanic17 from 12 behind after Portugal to 11 ahead after Round 6.

The official order changed with it: TheMekanic17 rose from second to first on 124, while piastrigoat fell from first to second on 113. The lead shown after Portugal had changed hands one round later.

Pole conversion at the front, recovery drives behind

TheMekanic17's D1 route ran from P1 to P1. ForestalWaif1 climbed from P9 to second for VCARB and Rochamoya moved from P4 to third for Mercedes; piastrigoat's eight championship points left him outside the podium positions listed in the official top three.

Red Bull wins three of Texas's five divisions

The D1 result formed one part of a wider Red Bull round. RoydeBoy1564 won D2 from pole and Tedoi6974 turned P13 into a first IMS victory in E1, giving the team three wins, three podiums and 164 BOTT points from ten starts.

Ferrari scored 155 and retained the season BOTT lead on 904, 162 ahead of Red Bull. Texas therefore belonged to Red Bull at round level without overturning the larger team order.

E2 arrives with quenooo29 first on both tables

Texas also introduced Season 2's first official E2 classification. quenooo29 won from pole for McLaren on 32 points, with Murts9691 second for Ferrari on 24, so the opening race order and the first championship order matched.

Jeddah followed with TheMekanic17 defending an 11-point D1 lead for the first time. Texas had answered who could catch piastrigoat; the next round would test how long the new order could last.
